We make it simple for you - Enter a keyword, in the purple box -  or your theme, your event, your color - use any invitation, wedding, anniversary, birthday, birth announcement, all parties - any occasion, it is simple, enter custom text on the personalization page.

  • enter 1 word, in the purple box to your left , and click the arrow - all products will show for your keyword, remember you can custom the text on the personalization page.  For example if you see a wedding invitation that you would like to use for your anniversary invitation, or a save the date and you want to use it for a birthday, simply delete the suggested verse and enter custom text.  (remember if the design is pre-printed that can not be changed, that would be stated on the product page)

  • That text you enter on the personalization page for that invitation will be printed exactly according to your custom text that you entered for that invitation.

Important Quantity Tip

Make sure to order enough invitations! Order enough to send one to each family, couple, or household. You may wish to order extra invitations to cover last-minute additions to the guest list or any guests you may have overlooked. To save money, order an additional 25. The cost at the time of your original order is lower than if you were to order 25 at another time. If you come back to re-order you will need to start at the original base cost, it is much more cost effective to order extra!

The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. All reorders will be billed at the original base price and not the additional quantity price.

Discounting on Licensed Invitation Product - Carlson Craft® and its Channel Partners are no longer allowed to discount certain product lines at all due to licensing issues. We are proud resellers of these Carlson Craft  product lines and will abide by this rule. Ordering invitations

Invitations not only inform your guests of the date, time, location and hosts of the wedding, they set the tone for your entire celebration. Your wedding invitation may also include the time and location of the reception. Mail announcement six weeks before the wedding and be sure to have your invitations weighed at the post office to determine the proper postage. After entering your invitation copy you will have the option of selecting a lined inner envelope.

Outer Envelopes with Printed Return Address

Save time while making sure undeliverable invitations are returned to you by having your outer envelopes printed with a return address for a slight additional charge. This will also ensure that those guests who want to send cards and gifts directly to your home will have the correct address.

Reception Folders and Cards
Reception cards are used to inform guests of the location of the wedding reception and or dance. Since reception cards are enclosed in with your invitation, mailing envelopes are not necessary. Reception cards use the same folding card as an informal and respond card.

Respond Folders and Cards
Respond cards are used to help determine how many guests plan to attend your wedding. An accurate count is vital for preparing enough food, seating and other accommodations so ordering respond cards can actually save you money. Response cards should be enclosed with your invitation and returned by guests by the date indicated on the card (usually two weeks before the wedding.) Today, many cards are printed to allow guests to select an entree as well as indicate if they will be attending your celebration.

When you purchase your response cards, free response envelopes will be included. They should be printed with the address of whoever will be tallying the guest count. As a convenience for your guests, be sure to include a stamp on each envelope.

Proofs

Many items offer a visual preview, this preview is computer generated and is not perfect.  We will not print over the design or edges, if any text adjustments need to be made in typesetting you will be contacted.. If you are not satisfied with the visual preview you may request a typeset proof directly from the printing department. *Proofs take up to 4 business days to get back to you, they will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you input when you place your order. We can not rush the proofing process, or the production time.

 

Requesting a Proof

 

Read your product page carefully, Several of our items already on-line offer the proof, the product is the page where you select the items and continue to place your order. It will be stated on the product page where you view your pricing, due to unique layouts of the Something Different Collection proofs are automatically included. *Proofs take up to 4 business days to get back to you, they will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you input when you place your order. We can not rush the proofing process, or the production time.

 

If your item does not include a proof  you may request one. To see a typeset proof you are required to enter this request (Typeset proof required) in the special instructions box, or contact customer service. You must place your order before you can see a proof. Proofs allow you to preview your order before it is printed.

 

We do not charge you for proofs.

 

 

**Note: Proofs will come to your e-mail address that you input when you place your order and may take up to 4 business days to get, after you approve the proof your order will go into production, and production time for your item will take effect.  We can not rush the proofing process, or the production time.

  • When you  get your proof you will be able to open it to 100%.  this will allow you to view the pdf and view the exact size the font / lettering (your text) will be printed in.

  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR AN APPROVED PROOF,

  • PLEASE REVIEW your proof  CAREFULLY AND REPLY DIRECTLY TO THIS E-MAIL TO AUTHORIZE PRINTING, OR TO MAKE CHANGES.

  • IF YOU WANT TO SEE ANOTHER PROOF WITH YOUR CHANGES, REQUEST THAT WHEN YOU REPLY WITH CHANGES.  THAT ADDITIONAL PROOF IS NO CHARGE AND WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOU WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS.

We do offer a category of blank invitations.

You may order our other invitations blank, you will need to go through the ordering process, keep the personalization lines empty and if it is a "required field" enter Blank Stock. IF production has any questions you will be contacted to verify you want it blank. *NOTE Disney, Precious Moments, Naturally Ever After, ChloeB, JeanM, Paper Duvet invitations, accessories and favors are not available blank.

Left Corner Copy

Left corner copy is text, printed under the main invitation text, aligned to the left and printed a point size smaller.  This area is commonly used for sayings such as "Casual Attire" or "Reception immediately to follow".

Visual Preview

The visual preview is meant to give you an idea of the invitation with your chosen font style and color. 
Merchandise is portrayed as accurately as possible in your preview. Actual card size, colors and imprint may vary slightly.  All text will be adjusted as needed to fit the card properly.
If spaces are requested between text lines, they will not appear in the preview, but will be represented on the printed product.  Please proof your item carefully. Once your order is placed, you agree that you have proofed your design, verified your information and authorize printing.

Spanish Language
and Foreign Languages

We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles. There is no extra charge for us to print Spanish.

If the wording is not English characters a black and white image must be provided. The maximum file size accepted for an image is 3 MB. The image should have a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (dpi). Only JPG/JPEG file types will be accepted. Please use moderate compression on all jpeg files. When ordering  invitations, please make sure the image will fit in the space shown. The image will be reduced to fit.

Card Samples

 

 

  • Find the card you are interested in
  • Click the request sample link
  • Add it into your basket
  • Save your order confirmation number and when you place a printed order we will gladly credit your sample order upon request.
  • Sample invitations will be blank, meant to give you satisfaction of color and quality of the card stock.  Envelopes and the smaller cards are not included.
    Samples will ship First Class Mail, it may take 10-14 days for delivery.

Production  / Turnaround Time

  • Production, in-house printing time is a required fact, this cannot be rushed.

For most items production time is 2-3 business, provided there are no additional questions needing clarification, other items require up to 5 to 7 business days in-house. read your product page very carefully, if production time is longer it will be stated there by the product description. . After this production time the shipping option you selected at check out will take effect.

Your UPS shipping option takes effect after this production time. Production time cannot be waived, rush orders are not allowed, please read your product descriptions carefully.

 

We are unable to rush your order once it is in-house. However, we suggest you choose an expedited shipping method on the shipping screen to ensure the quickest delivery. We ship UPS, you may select the next day air shipping option when you check out.  Your shipping option takes after after the required production time.

Payment options

We accept major credit cards, MasterCard, American Express and Visa. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. If you select the option that states "in-store payment" you are required to contact customer service within 2 business days with your valid billing information, or to make payment arrangements with a money order. If you do not contact customer service you will need to replace your order. If you select  in-store payment, your order  will not be processed until payment is made.

Re-order

 

To re-order go here, On the bottom of the page click "Order Status & Reorder " You will need your confirmation number and your shipping zip code. Click the box next to the item, to re-order the item.  You will come directly to your shopping cart.  Click the edit button next to your item in the shopping cart and continue to the invitation personalization page. You can make the changes you want by editing your order and resubmitting it.

Uploading a photo

 

Please select a paper designed to hold photographs. To see these selections, use keyword SEARCH term "photo".
Once you choose the paper, just follow these simple steps at the prompt.

1. Fill in required information on profile screen, and hit "continue" at the bottom.
2. Choose quantity, type style and imprint color.
3. Enter verse of choice (either one of ours, or your own creation.)
4. Enter names or other required information below verse.
5. At image prompt, click on "Upload Image 1"
6. A second window will appear with terms and conditions. Read and click "I Agree" to continue.
7. An instruction box will appear with further information on requirements; including a maximum size of 3,000,000 bytes (3MB); minimum resolution 300 dpi (quality of photo); and a file extension of .jpg (j peg).
8. Click "browse" to obtain your image (choose drive location, i.e. in your computer, disc).
9. Click on "upload image"
10. After a few seconds, a screen will appear saying "image successfully loaded".
11. Continue entering information for the remainder of your order.

We do accept returned product upon approval of customer service, you need to contact us for our full refund policy.  *Not until your product is returned will we issue a monetary refund.

You will be asked to -

Include your:

  1. Packing slip from your original shipment, this will include your invoice number and shipping name
  2. a copy of your order you printed out at the time of ordering
  3. a copy of this e-mail
  4. a full, detailed description of why you are returning your items


We will refund you your product cost.
You will be refunded for product returned, not shipping or product not received.

We will not issue monetary refunds without the product returned.

When you placed your order and clicked the link to print out the details of your order, (this link is located on the page where you enter your secure billing information) it includes the wording you submitted for printing. Please review that. It will show you if you inputted the text incorrectly, or if the printer made a mistake. If the print out does not match what was printed please contact customer service with your order confirmation number and all relevant information. As noted when you placed your order: Please proof your item(s) carefully. Once your order is placed, you agree that you have edited and made appropriate changes to your design(s), verified your information, and authorize printing.

Shipping

 

Shipping goes according to weight and destination, it is calculated in the shopping cart, at the time you input your shipping information. You have the option of overnight, 2 day, 3 day or UPS ground shipping. Please keep in mind the printing time that is required.
*NOTE UPS doesn't count Sat and Sunday as transit days
